I work with compulsive overeating, bingeing and purging. I use Neurofeedback (EEG biofeedback) which reduces the stress and anxiety that underneath compulsive eating issues. I used a nutritional approach with supplements, education around food triggers, diet and exercise in the best sense of these terms. I believe in empowerment of the client and do use hypnotherapy to help people. I record the session and they listen to it at home to help them deal with the unconscious patterning around food addiction. I look at the food and love issues and help the client find a better way.
