I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of
Washington and I'm certified in the area of Couples Communication, and
Lifespan Integration, which is an effective counseling method for healing

). In addition, I am a trained Attachment Focused EMDR therapist, which is a clinically proven way to help people resolve trauma. I also
have extensive experience in the field of addiction recovery and Codependency, and I am Certified as a Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT).
I received a Bachelors Degree in the field of Social
Work from the University of Texas and completed a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the
Seattle School of Theology and Psychology.
My style of counseling is a collaborative one, where the
individual needs of each client informs the mode of treatment. The relationship
between counselor and client is key to the healing process, and I offer warmth
and compassion that promotes a safe atmosphere for exploring life’s difficult
and delicate issues.
