Benefits:
  • Alison Epp provides an intentional and safe space to explore experiences, relationships, feelings and thoughts. Counselling is a place for growth—a space to gain new perspectives, learn healthier coping strategies, and reclaim your sense of freedom and confidence. Many clients begin therapy feeling isolated, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to turn. Together, you will work towards clarity, stability, and renewed strength.

What will you gain?
  • Alison offers practical tools and deep emotional support to help you rebuild trust in yourself and create meaningful change. Whatever the reason, the goal is to help you move toward emotional safety, improved mental health, and lasting wellbeing—so you can live with greater peace, authenticity, and self-trust
  • With the tools and supports gained, you learn to step into your life with renewed strength, personal power, and the confidence to trust yourself again.

Approach:
  • In our work together, I offer a warm, collaborative space where your story is met with curiosity, compassion, and respect. My approach is violence-informed, grounded in safety and connection, and shaped by both my professional training and my own lived experience as a survivor of abuse.
Because I’ve known what it’s like to live in chaos, confusion, and fear, I understand how complex the healing process can be. Together, we’ll work gently toward clarity, growth, and hope — at a pace that feels right for you.
  • I specialize in domestic violence/intimate partner abuse, betrayal trauma, divorce/family court, eating disorders, parenting issues, post-separation abuse or anxiety
