Hello and welcome to my page. Life transitions can often feel overwhelming and navigating them can be challenging. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief or the stress of life's changes, it can be difficult to feel like you are moving forward. I understand how isolating these struggles can be which is why I am here to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space to help you work through these issues. My goal is to assist you in overcoming life's challenges by helping you achieve your therapy goals and creating a life worth living and filled with meaning and purpose. I am committed to providing compassionate, effective therapy that empowers you to you to heal, grow and create meaningful change in their lives. 
 
In my practice, I specialize in helping individuals manage a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, self-esteem and self-worth issues, life's transitions, stress, grief and loss and relationship difficulties. By focusing on your unique needs we will work together to address challenges in a way that is tailored to you. Therapy will allow you to see benefits such as decreased anxiety and depression, improved self-esteem and self-worth, reduced stress, and enhanced coping skills. You can also learn to manage emotions more effectively, reduce impulsivity, improve communication and create stronger relationships.

 My approaches to therapy:
 Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) can help you in identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. CBT will help you to learn to replace unhealthy thoughts with more balanced ways of thinking and coping.
 
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) coping skills can help you more effectively tolerate high levels of distress,  regulate emotions, improve communication in relationships and develop a stronger sense of self. 
 
Solution Focused Brief Therapy will help you to focus on your strengths providing you with the tools to solve your problems and move forward with confidence. 
 
Motivational Interviewing (MI) strategies will help you to explore and resolve ambivalence helping you to strengthen your commitment to make positive life changes.
