Are past experiences and early life patterns continually surfacing across your personal, professional, and social spheres? Do you struggle with persistent anxiety, grief, despair, or difficulties connecting with those close to you? I offer a supportive environment to examine complex emotions through an attachment-focused framework. Together, we can examine how early childhood influences affect your current daily life and relationships. I provide services for individuals, couples, and families.

My approach is built on the core belief that you possess the inner resources needed to navigate life's complexities. I provide a confidential, non-judgmental space where safety and trust are paramount. Together, we will gently explore the patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back, always moving toward self-compassion and genuine acceptance. The work we do is collaborative, focusing not just on immediate relief but on cultivating lasting resilience and a deeper connection to your authentic self.

As a Registered Social Worker holding a Master of Social Work degree, I am additionally credentialed as a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist (EFT).  EFT is based on the connections of childhood attachment theory(John Bowlby).  Inconsistent care in childhood can lead to difficult patterns into adulthood. However, EFT therapeutic support can help modify these patterns; understanding them is key to developing more secure and fulfilling adult relationships.

I also specialize in motivational interviewing, solution-focused, and strength-based approaches. I excel with clients who need an active, goal-oriented process, particularly those who haven't found success with passive support counselling approaches. I assist individuals and couples in identifying issues and exploring new perspectives by challenging current ones and utilizing modalities tailored specifically to your needs.

I provide unique support to BIPOC communities- people of diverse cultural backgrounds- understanding that adapting counselling modalities is necessary to uphold and facilitate repair from collective family dynamics, intergenerational trauma, gender roles and their significance in resolving challenges, internal family conflicts and high expectations to succeed.

I also integrate mindful and meditative practices and gently explore the origins of your mental health challenges. Together, we locate where emotional distress first formed, helping you process, accept, and release stored tension. Mindfulness serves as a grounded anchor, cultivating a settled mind, reframing persistent negative thought cycles, and supporting a steady path forward out of depression.

To support different financial circumstances, I offer flexible fee options. Standard session fees are set at $140 for individual therapy and $160 for couples or family sessions.
Services are delivered through online or face-to-face appointments tailored to your preferences, including outdoor nature walk therapy sessions that leverage natural environments for emotional well-being.
