David Cadman View Specialties


Dr. Cadman is a vital part of the Bayridge Family Center team. He is a graduate of Queen’s University (1974) and completed specialized training in Pediatrics and Developmental Pediatrics at McMaster University Faculty of Health Sciences (1980). His practice is focused on children and adolescents and the assessment and medication treatment of ADHD, mood disorders including depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and related disorders such as Tourette’s syndrome. Dr. Cadman has published numerous articles and research reports about children’s developmental and psychiatric problems.

Early in his training, David saw the often devastating consequences of these problems to children and their families and the far-reaching life long impact on educational, emotional, physical and spiritual well being when these problems go untreated. The rewards of working with children, teenagers and their families and enabling them to overcome challenges and obstacles are immeasurable.

David is married with 3 grown children and a grandson whom he spoils!
