Video-therapy for Anxiety and Depression

I specialize in using video-therapy to help people struggling with anxiety and depression.

If you are feeling stuck and overwhelmed, I can help. Are you waking up with heaviness in your chest and a weight in the pit of your stomach? Do you feel exhausted and have no energy to engage with others? Is your desire to connect overcome by guilt, shame, or worry that you are burdening others with your struggles? You may feel alone and isolated.

As a clinical psychologist, I can help you overcome anxiety, stress, self-doubt and drive your story with confidence and purpose.

Our Work

You can feel centered, focused, and motivated. You can find joy and inspiration. You can take control of your life.

Our work will involve three steps: acknowledge, strategize, and accomplish. The first step is acknowledging that things could be much better and something is not working. If you are thinking about starting therapy, you have already started this process. So we will start by acknowledging your obstacles and needs. We will next develop strategies to support your goals. Finally, we will support you in accomplishing your vision.

Approach to Therapeutic Relationship

I do this work, because I love to see people take charge of their life. I enjoy seeing someone take control away from anxiety and stress. My style is warm, non-judgmental, and flexible. My approach is shaped by my cultural background and the people I crossed paths with while living in three countries and across two continents.

I have worked with clients diverse in age, gender, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, and socioeconomic status. I have worked with students, military personnel, veterans, and individuals from the LGBT+ community.

Approach to Therapy

I specialize in designing treatments that fit your needs. I have trained in a range of solution-focused behavioral, cognitive, and emotion focused approaches. Each approach offers a way of understanding different struggles and a toolbox of strategies to use. Being familiar with a variety of therapeutic approaches gives us the possibility to choose a system that fits you best and it expands the number of strategies we can use. I like to be informed and to study the latest developments and findings on diagnosing and treating behavioral, cognitive, and emotional distress.
