The focus of my practice is to help individuals (children, youth and adults) struggling with experiences that interferes with their daily life. My goals is always to create a safe and compassionate place for you to talk about their concerns and challenges. I help people express emotions such persistent feelings of sadness, anxiety or overwhelming stress. I also help individual experiencing life changes, such as divorce, loss and job loss.

I create an environment to help clients gain insight, handle difficult situation, make better decision and experience positive feelings.

I am a registered social worker that specializes in the following:

THERAPEUTIC APPROACH:

As a social worker I draw from different therapeutic approaches such as dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, solution focused therapy and emotional focus therapy.

I also use different techniques to help client's achieve the goals and feel better such as mindfulness activities, coping strategies, behavioral activation.

I can say with confidence that I have help many clients overcome obstacles, feel better, have self awareness and express difficult emotions.
