*currently accepting new client*. I specialize in individual counselling with teens, youth and senior. I provide safe and compassionate for you to talk about your concerns and challenges. I draw from different approaches such as CBT and DBT.

My approach is attachment-informed, experiential, compassionate, and pattern-focused. In our work, we slow things down, get curious about protective patterns, understand the attachment needs underneath them, and create space to feel what hasn't been safe to feel.

Through my struggling I have come to understand that my purpose is to help others find purpose in their pain. I have extensive personal experiences & professional training in gestalt, Gottman couples, somatic experiencing (SE),addictions that allows me to support you.

Life can be hard. Instead of suffering alone, many people seek help when feeling stuck, hopeless, or overwhelmed. I provide a non-judgmental, supportive environment and evidence-based treatment to help clients navigate challenges and build meaningful lives.
