My approach is attachment-informed, experiential, compassionate, and pattern-focused. In our work, we slow things down, get curious about protective patterns, understand the attachment needs underneath them, and create space to feel what hasn't been safe to feel.

I seek to serve my clients in a collaborative manner which honours the whole person; body, mind and spirit. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a process of learning and unfolding for the client as well as the therapist.
