Through my Master’s degree I completed a double major in career and personal counseling. This unique training has helped me understand the impacts of personal well-being on career development and work performance and productivity. It also helped me understand how career development and/or employment satisfaction impacts on an individual’s well-being and on how they behave and interact with others. Through counseling, I can help you identify appropriate occupations to pursue and/or address issues that are negatively affecting your work performance, attendance and productivity. Through counselling, you will feel and function better in your professional and personal life.

This process can become overwhelming, but with the help of a professional who is both compassionate and impartial, things can become more clear. Combining coaching techniques, with therapeutic techniques to regulate emotions, we can explore your professional aspirations and set out manageable steps to move towards them.

I can provide strategies for you to find new or different employment successfully. I'm not only a registered psychotherapist but I'm also a success coach. I have a PhD in leadership and policy and a background in business. I've had many jobs and careers from modelling, personal training, to a Bell operator and a Purolator driver. I've been in retail sales, and sold photocopies, PR, and software. I've been a teacher of primary/junior students, and professor in sales, and a professor in graduate education. I have owned a restaurant, and a tutoring company. I am sure I have missed something! I'm reinventing myself once again looking to be an author! Let me help you find your way!
