Through my Master’s degree I completed a double major in career and personal counseling. This unique training has helped me understand the impacts of personal well-being on career development and work performance and productivity. It also helped me understand how career development and/or employment satisfaction impacts on an individual’s well-being and on how they behave and interact with others.
