I have a PhD in leadership and policy and a background in business. I've had many jobs and careers from modelling, personal training, to a Bell operator and a Purolator driver. I've been in retail sales, and sold photocopies, PR, and software. I've been a teacher of primary/junior students, and professor in sales, and a professor in graduate education. Through my Master’s degree I completed a double major in career and personal counseling. This unique training has helped me understand the impacts of personal well-being on career development and work performance and productivity. It also helped me understand how career development and/or employment satisfaction impacts on an individual’s well-being and on how they behave and interact with others.
