My experience over forty years of being a therapist is that the technical aspects of a career/job/position may be resolved by going through the typical mechanics of job searching. Through my Master’s degree I completed a double major in career and personal counseling. This unique training has helped me understand the impacts of personal well-being on career development and work performance and productivity. It also helped me understand how career development and/or employment satisfaction impacts on an individual’s well-being and on how they behave and interact with others. Through counseling, I can help you identify appropriate occupations to pursue and/or address issues that are negatively affecting your work performance, attendance and productivity.
