I am deeply committed to the well-being of the individuals I work with, providing a calm and non-judgmental space grounded in a person-centered and trauma-informed approach. My focus is on creating a safe and supportive environment where people can feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. I believe that healing happens through connection, compassion, and curiosity, and I aim to support you in discovering your own capacity for resilience and growth.

I work collaboratively to empower individuals as they navigate personal challenges and life transitions. Together, we explore patterns, strengths, and areas of growth in a way that feels comfortable and at your own pace. I believe each person brings unique experiences and inner resources that can guide the healing process, and my role is to help you access and strengthen those parts of yourself. Through this collaborative process, we can uncover new perspectives and foster meaningful change that extends beyond the therapy room into daily life.

Drawing from a diverse range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, I tailor my approach to meet each person’s unique needs. My integrative practice includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing (SE), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD. This flexible and integrative framework allows me to adapt therapy to your goals, whether that involves developing emotional regulation skills, processing painful memories, or finding new ways to manage life’s stressors. By weaving together various approaches, we can build a personalized path toward healing and personal growth.

I have experience supporting individuals facing challenges related to mental health, including anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, stress management, relationship concerns, and substance misuse. I also support individuals experiencing burnout, low self-esteem, grief, or difficulty adjusting to change. I recognize that these experiences are often shaped by complex personal, social, and environmental factors, and I approach each person’s story with care, openness, and respect. Every person’s journey is unique, and therapy provides an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with one’s own sense of purpose and direction.

My approach is holistic, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that everyone has the ability to heal and grow. I view therapy as a collaborative journey where we work together to uncover deeper self-understanding, strengthen coping skills, and cultivate balance and confidence in daily life. Over time, therapy can help restore a sense of connection to yourself, to others, and to the world around you creating space for clarity, purpose, and renewed hope.

It is an honour to walk alongside individuals as they rediscover their sense of self, meaning, and possibility. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported to explore, heal, and move toward the life you want, one that feels more connected, grounded, and fulfilling. I welcome you to reach out when you’re ready to begin this process of healing and self-discovery.
