I have experience working with anxiety, grief, depressive symptoms, interpersonal-relational issues, intimacy, sexuality, self-confidence, self-esteem, self-awareness, and personality. I am committed to anti-oppressive practice, freedom from judgement or marginalization and empowerment.I have experience working with the 2SLGBTQIAA++ community. I have extensive experience working with issues relating to sexuality and non-normative/alternative sexual lifestyles. I am a kink/poly aware counsellor. I have underwent specialty training in sex therapies and theories.I align with psychodynamics and feminist theory in my practice. I promote individuality and personal contentedness above maintaining the social status quo. I am a strong advocate for social change, empowerment, and sex/body positivity.
