I am passionate about relationships and recognize the importance of how understanding how we are connected through our need of attachment. I implement Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT-C) which is the gold standard for couples therapy in my counselling space. Understanding one another and how we respond to each other during conflict is the beginning of making changes between one another, which then leads to building a deeper and better connection together.
