I have a desire to create a solution focused and person centered natural and holistic approach to therapy. I am dedicated to developing meaningful partnerships with individuals and families in order to provide a personalized journey towards emotional wellness. Additionally, I am a proud ally to the LGBTQ+ community and am excited to now offer Gender Affirming Surgery (transition surgery) and Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) evaluation and letter writing services, following the WPath standards of care and using the Gender ASSET evaluation tool.I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches including DBT, CBT, EMDR, ART, Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness, Comprehensive Energy Psychology and Trauma Informed Care among other modalities. I am a member of Postpartum Support International and am trained in Perinatal and Postpartum Metal Health concerns and treatments.
