We all struggle from time to time, and whether that struggle is emotional, relational, or behavioral it can lead to feeling overwhelmed and stuck. Our children face difficult challenges daily. Parenting is arguably the most difficult job in the world. Relationships with others can be difficult. As a licensed psychologist and owner of Compass Youth & Family Psychological Services, I provide empathy and guidance through life's challenges. I strive to help my clients live a more meaningful life. I aim to walk with you through the difficult times and providing support and tools needed to help navigate through the difficulties.

 
My primary theoretical orientation is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also use other evidence-based treatment models such as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Functional Family Therapy, and other evidenced-based treatment models to meet my clients' needs.
 
I specialize in the treatment of behavioral issues, trauma related issues, attention difficulties, social skills deficits, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, parenting stress, parent-child relational issues, and relational issues. I also provide psychological evaluations for developmental disabilities, autism spectrum, disorders, learning disabilities, and psychological disorders.
