A Bit more about me:

I love updating my training and education. I'm always taking another training. Feel free to ask what recent trainings I've taken or have coming up!
I really enjoy gardening, exercising, and spending time with my family.
I have two dogs (Shiba Inu breed). One looks like a fox and the other has more of a skunk colouring!

Fees, Billing, & Scheduling:

Free 15 minute consultation - Let's see if we might be a match! If not, I may be able to provide some suggestions.
$200 per clinical hour (50 minute session with 10 min break for note-writing, consultation, therapist break)
Providing direct billing for many major insurers and therapy funders
Providing emailed receipts for reimbursement
Sliding Scale: I do provide a limited amount of sliding scale spots, if cost is a barrier to accessibility
Scheduling and cancelling sessions is very easy, convenient, and accessible with Janeapp. You'll also be able to sign up for notifications so you don't forget about your session!
I typically offer sessions Monday nights 5PM-9 PM, Saturdays 9AM-2PM, and Thursdays (Virtual Only) 8AM-11AM
