Session Fees: $200.00 - $225.00 per hour; I accept both Excellus Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Aetna insurances

As a therapist, I have experience with all age groups and work primarily with individual adults and adolescents. My goal is to provide emotional safety while empowering individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to enhance their quality of life, rediscover their authentic individuality and maximize their true wellness. In addition to my licensing, I am a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist and EMDR Therapist. I have 20 years of experience in assessment, outpatient, educational, emergency and disaster/crisis treatment. I specialize in emotional loss, crisis and trauma, anxiety, depression, women's issues, life transitions/stressors, medical issues and personal empowerment.

I consider the counseling relationship to be a partnership between the therapist and client. Using an individual's personal information along with my guidance and coaching, we create a team working together.
