Therapy for Disordered Eating, Food Noise, Anxiety, Perfectionism, and Burnout.

Maybe you’ve always been the person who gets things done. You’re successful, dependable, and driven—but it comes at a cost.

Your mind rarely shuts off. You overthink everything. You hold yourself to impossibly high standards and feel guilty when you slow down. Food, exercise, or your body take up more mental space than you’d like, yet you can’t seem to stop chasing the feeling that you’ll finally be “good enough.” From the outside, it looks like you’re managing. On the inside, you’re exhausted.

I specialize in helping adults break free from eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, high-functioning anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout. These struggles are rarely just about food or anxiety—they’re often driven by deeper patterns of self-criticism, emotional avoidance, people-pleasing, and the relentless pressure to perform. Therapy helps you understand those patterns so you can stop feeling controlled by them.

My Focus

I specialize in supporting individuals who are navigating:
  • Eating disorders
  • Disordered eating and chronic dieting
  • Body image concerns
  • High-functioning anxiety and overthinking
  • Perfectionism
  • Stress and burnout
  • Low self-esteem and people pleasing
  • Emotional regulation
  • Relationship issues

Whether you’ve struggled for years or have only recently noticed these patterns taking over, you don’t have to keep living this way.

What to Expect in Therapy

Therapy isn’t about becoming perfect or eliminating difficult emotions. It’s about helping you spend less time stuck in the same cycles and more time living the life you actually want.

Together, we’ll work toward:
  • Feeling less consumed by food, body image, and self-criticism.
  • Quieting the constant mental chatter and overthinking.
  • Letting go of perfectionism without lowering your standards.
  • Recovering from chronic stress and burnout.
  • Building confidence that isn’t dependent on achievement or appearance.
  • Developing healthier ways to cope with difficult emotions.
  • Creating lasting change that feels realistic and sustainable.

My Approach

My approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on meaningful change.

I believe insight is important—but insight alone isn’t enough. Together, we’ll identify the patterns that are keeping you stuck, understand why they’ve developed, and build realistic strategies that help you move forward.

Clients often tell me they appreciate having both space to process and concrete tools they can actually use between sessions.

I integrate evidence-based approaches including:
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to identify and change unhelpful thinking and behavioural patterns.
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you respond differently to difficult thoughts and emotions while building a life guided by what matters most.
  • Solution-Focused Therapy to identify what’s already working, build on your strengths, and create achievable steps toward your goals.

About Me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist providing virtual therapy to adults across Ontario.

If you’re tired of overthinking every decision, feeling trapped by food or body image, or constantly pushing yourself while never feeling like it’s enough, therapy can help.
Change doesn’t happen overnight, but it does happen. You don’t have to figure it out alone, and you don’t have to stay stuck in the same patterns. Together, we’ll build the insight, skills, and confidence to help you move forward with greater freedom, flexibility, and self-trust.
