My journey began as a family physician, but a profound personal loss shifted the course of my life and guided me toward the healing work of counseling. This transition taught me that true healing requires us to attend not only to our human-ness—our emotions, wounds, and experiences—but also to our deeper being-ness, the part of us that longs for connection, presence, and meaning. My therapeutic approach is grounded in the work of Gabor Maté, Peter Levine, and Dan Siegel, as well as spiritual teachers such as Eckhart Tolle, Rumi, and Krishnamurti, whose teachings continue to shape the way I see human suffering and human potential.
In our work together, we explore the root causes of challenges like anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, emotional overwhelm, and relational difficulties. Rather than managing symptoms, we gently uncover the patterns, beliefs, and early experiences that shaped them—creating space for healing, clarity, and transformation. I often say that we get hurt in relationships and we heal in relationships. That is the kind of therapeutic relationship that I aim to offer, where you feel safe, seen, felt, and understood.
Online therapy offers a unique opportunity to access this depth of connection from the comfort and safety of your own environment. Many clients find that meeting from home helps them feel more open, relaxed, and grounded. It also provides consistent support no matter where you are or what life circumstances you’re navigating.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or simply disconnected from yourself, you are not alone—and it does not have to stay this way. When safety is restored and compassion meets your pain, healing begins. I am here to offer that space and to walk with you as you reconnect with your strength, your truth, and the freedom that already lives within you.
