Dr. Bartley is a Licensed Professional Counselor - Supervisor (LPC-S) in the state of Texas. He holds doctorate degrees in Counselor Education and Supervision and Theological Studies. Dr. Bartley accepts United HealthCare, Optum, United
Behavioral Health, and MultiPlan insurances. Clients may prefer to
pay out of pocket session fees. The fees are on a sliding scale and based on the annual income of the household.
Dr. Bartley enjoys working with late teens, adults, couples, and families. He uses a biblical approach to assist clients with Anger Management, Anxiety, Depression, Relational
Conflict, Adultery, Restoring Trust, setting healthy Boundaries,
Emotional Intelligence, and Grief Recovery.
