Who Am I?
Hi, I'm Tameka! I'm a Success Coach and Clinical Supervisor to new therapists. . . but you might also call me a lover of personal growth and development, teacher of mental fitness, and holistic lifestyle consultant. I LOVE problem-solving and teaching others how to understand themselves better.

My executive business coaching experience, turned self-discovery journey (and helping high performing, solution-focused therapy clients learn balance in personal and professional life) taught me the cure to misalignment and unhappiness; it is a lack of accountability. One must be intentional, carryout disciplined action, and commit to the change that he/she wishes to see in his life. Coaching is an effective tool for total transformation and alignment.

Who I Coach:
My clients go to work, PRIMARILY on themselves! I work with leaders who have clarified meaning and purpose. They are high performers seeking growth and professional support. My coaching clients are prepared to change and possess a desire for growth that is stronger than FEAR. Yet, they are vulnerable enough to KNOW, that they don't have all the answers.

I coach successful people who wish to clear mental blockage and expand inner awareness. Blockage and defense mechanisms are proven to stunt personal and professional growth. I absolutely LOVE teaching mental toughness/emotional intelligence! When you commit to greatness, everything out of alignment is corrected; intimacy and family relationships, recreation, work environment/money, self-care/personal growth, and spirituality/meaning. My clients learn to be disciplined in their own actions, as self-discipleship leads to overcoming personal and professional weaknesses.

Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (Arkansas)
Clinical supervision is intended to assist professionals by helping them:
1. Observe ethical and legal protection of clients' and supervisee' rights;
2. Meet the training and professional development needs of supervisees in ways consistent with client's welfare
and programmatic requirements; and
3. Establish policies, procedures, and standards for implementing programs.

I charge $350 per month for supervision, and a $50 per month retainer fee for LACs not practicing.

About Me:
Tameka Gibson is an executive coach. She is a certified teacher, speaker, coach and trainer with the John Maxwell Team and a certified life coach with the Fowler Institute of Professional Coaching. Tameka is also a licensed psychotherapist. She is a board certified professional counselor, and holds specializations in Clinical Supervision, TeleMental Health, Addictions, and Career/Rehabilitation Counseling.
