There is no easy answer.

The most successful component of therapy is the relationship that you and your therapist will build
and building this relationship in a safe non – judgemental environmental is crucial. I will provide this environment for you, to allow you the freedom to express yourself, thus enhancing your personal growth.

It is in this environment that we will explore together what
brought you to therapy.
We will explore the underlying root or roots of the problem, investigate it's origin and detangle its path,
creating the path you'd like to take.

This work is not easy. It is worth the effort.
I will provide support, listen, and challenge you with guidance and direction.
The internal work lies within you.
Together we'll find the right path for you to create long term change.

I greatly enjoy working with individuals from all walks of life. This includes students, professionals, retirees, parents, unemployed etc. I have also worked closely with undergraduate- and graduate students in both the helping professions as well as the sciences.
