As a Christian, I believe that God is crazy-in-love with us, and as human beings, we have infinite worth in His eyes. 
 
Because I believe this to my core, I treat every one of my clients with the utmost dignity and respect, and I pray that each person I get the privilege of working with will come away with a renewed sense of hope, happiness and healing as a result of trusting me with their time and the issues they are seeking guidance for.  It is a responsibility I take very seriously.

MY COUNSELING METHODS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address current life situations and
    help you move from 'distorted' ways of thinking to a more accurate, 
    optimistic and truthful view of yourself.
  • Psychotherapy to help you reduce levels of depression and anxiety. We talk about
    how some of your previous life experiences can influence your present-day actions
    and decisions. 
  • Family Therapy principles and real-life situations that gives families the tools to
    become significantly more effective & respectful in communicating with each other.

COST FOR COUNSELING SERVICES:
 
Individual Counseling is $140 per 55-minute session for individuals, and $150 per
55-minute session for couples.
 
If you are struggling financially, a sliding scale is possible and is determined on a
case-by-case basis.
 
I am an approved provider of counseling services by several major insurance companies, INCLUDING: BLUE CROSS/BLUE SHIELD, UNITED HEALTHCARE, and several other health insurance and EAP (Employee Assisted Programs).
