Free 30 Minute Initial Consultation

Are you feeling like you aren't where you want to be in life? Do you notice that even after accomplishments, you have difficulty seeing your progress? If so, you aren't alone. My goal is to help clients come to a better understanding of what they need to find individual happiness and to empower them to overcome obstacles in their path. I provide a comfortable and casual atmosphere for therapy so clients feel at ease when working with me. Every session is started off with two questions, "What do you want to focus on today and what have you done differently since we last met?" I want clients to be thinking about their path to change and working on it regularly to make progress. The right fit between provider and client is paramount in creating change, as such, I offer a FREE 30 MINUTE CONSULTATION to all new clientele.

My area of expertise includes cognitive counseling with adolescents and adults and includes individuals and couples. I work with clients on a variety of issues including grief counseling, life transition, locating happiness, developing relationship strategies, breaking free from sadness, divorce recovery, and assist in career exploration. I have had specific training for ADHD counseling, I have completed Level Two of Gottman couples counseling training, and utilize a somatic approach to individual therapy.

80% of my practice is working with adults with ADHD and Asperger's or high-functioning Autism counseling. I work to implement best practices and personally crafted plans to help people better function in their daily lives. A big part of this is our work together to find the different areas where things break down as well as the personalized strategies to help you function to the best of your ability. My clients tend to come from the tech industry which matches well with my own background in tech, business development, and marketing.

The principal factor in counseling and consulting is the relationship between client and therapist. Trust in one another is vital in creating change. I work very hard to create an open atmosphere where problems can be evaluated and we can work towards solutions.
