I still remember the first time a client told me, “I finally feel like I can breathe again.” That moment—watching someone reclaim a sense of calm and possibility—fuels everything we do at The Mindful Path. After more than a decade of practice, I’ve learned that genuine healing happens when professional expertise meets a warm, grounded human connection. My goal is to offer both.

Qualifications & Experience

I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology (2017) and have spent 11 years owning and operating a family‑focused therapy clinic. I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in good standing, with additional training in Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion‑Focused Therapy (CFT), mindfulness, and yoga‑informed movement. Currently, I’m completing a women’s nutrition certification to deepen the mind‑body integration in our work. Our team at The Mindful Path includes similarly credentialed clinicians—psychotherapists, wellness coaches, and yoga instructors—so clients can access comprehensive care under one compassionate roof.
