Our practice offers a wide range of services for individuals, couples, families, and teens, providing a space where clients can explore their feelings, understand their experiences, and develop practical ways to navigate life’s challenges. We offer individual therapy for adults and teens facing a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, anger, grief, and life transitions. Sessions are personalized to meet each client’s needs, creating a safe environment to explore difficult emotions and identify practical strategies for coping and personal growth. We also provide teen counseling for young people who may be struggling with school-related stress, social challenges, self-esteem issues, or family conflict. Our goal is to support teens in understanding themselves better and building skills to manage emotions in healthy ways. Couples therapy is another core service at Anchored Therapy Centre. Couples come to us for support with relationship challenges, communication difficulties, conflict resolution, intimacy issues, trust concerns, infidelity, and marriage problems. Joseph works with individuals, couples, and families, supporting challenges such as relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, anger, stress, grief, life transitions, blended families, and LGBTQ+ concerns. His approach is client-centered, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness techniques, and somatic therapy to help clients process emotions and improve connections. Sessions are available in-person or online.
Simrit Jhajj
