About Me:

Do you struggle with worrying about whether you fit in? Have you ever at times felt ashamed for being who you are? Maybe you feel angry, lonely, or frequently rejected. Fully realizing your self worth and gaining confidence in yourself is tough. It’s even tougher when you have to do this on your own. If you frequently feel anger, sadness, loneliness, anxiety, or all the above, therapy may be the place for you. I believe that everyone deserves to love and accept themselves and that is where I can be of service.

I specialize in helping understand how past experiences shape who we are and how we interact with the world. With 10+ years of experience, I use a trauma informed, person centered approach to help individuals understand and accept all parts of their identity. Whether you are BIPOC, LGBTQ+, or just someone who just feels unhappy, I can help.
The hardest part of therapy is taking that first step. Whether you are confident in moving forward or still testing the waters, reach out. I offer a free, no pressure, 15 minute consultation. If I am not the therapist for you, I will do my best to help you get connected so you can start living the life you deserve!

All sessions will be accompanied by superbill for out of network reimbursement
