Cascade Behavioral Health Hospital, located in Tukwila, Washington, is Seattle’s premier mental health and addiction treatment center. We offer a comprehensive set of treatments and programs focusing on holistic behavioral health treatment for adults age 18 and older, with specialized tracks for older adults who are suffering from mental illness. Through our broad selection of mental health programs, we offer individualized treatment that can help you achieve long-term recovery. The path to lasting wellness starts here. The team at Cascade Behavioral Health Hospital has decades of experience helping people overcome behavioral health concerns such as addiction, schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder, and many more. Our addiction treatment program covers the full continuum of care, with high-quality evidence-based treatments and compassionate chemical dependency counselors to help you along the way. The hospital’s medical detox program offers round-the-clock care for people undergoing drug or alcohol withdrawal. We offer an inpatient addiction treatment program that lasts between one and 21 days and delivers targeted therapies that can help people overcome substance use disorders. The inpatient addiction treatment program includes a full assessment of your personal needs, the opportunity to work with chemical dependency counselors, and careful discharge planning and referrals to the next level of care. Patients who need further services can enroll in our intensive outpatient program (IOP) for addiction (we also have a separate program for mental health), which can provide structured support and stability when you need it most. Our mental health treatment programs are similarly comprehensive. A multidisciplinary team of physicians, psychiatrists, and counselors work together to assess patients’ needs, help them stabilize, and treat the symptoms they are experiencing. Like our addiction program, our mental health treatment program covers the full continuum of care. This coverage includes inpatient mental health treatment, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and outpatient mental health treatment options. Yet most mental health concerns do not happen in a vacuum. People who have serious mental illnesses often struggle with addictions, and people who have addictions often have co-occurring mental illnesses. Our dual diagnosis programs offer people who are struggling with co-occurring conditions the chance to treat both problems simultaneously. Left untreated, addiction and mental illness can build on each other, creating a negative spiral and increasing the risk of relapse after treatment. As such, treatment at a residential dual diagnosis facility is highly recommended for people who have co-occurring disorders. In addition, we are proud to work with the United States Department of Veterans Affairs as a community care provider. This partnership means that veterans with TriWest Healthcare Alliance or TRICARE insurance can receive the mental health treatment they need at Cascade Behavioral Health Hospital. Cascade Behavioral Health Hospital has the expertise to help people who have a wide range of mental health disorders. Our unique therapies and services ensure you can get the treatment you need when you need it. We are proud of the reputation we’ve earned as one of Seattle’s premier addiction and mental health treatment centers and work hard to solidify that reputation by delivering high-quality treatment that can result in long-term healing. Whatever behavioral health concern you are facing, we believe that recovery is possible and that our compassionate team can help show you the way. Our facility offers a safe environment where patients can work to heal from the symptoms of depression, anxiety disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), bipolar disorder, addictions, and other behavioral health concerns. For adolescents ages 12-17, we can provide round-the-clock support and healing therapies at our adolescent inpatient treatment program. Our treatment team, which includes nurses, doctors, social workers, and therapists, works together to provide individualized treatment plans delivered in a supportive and restorative environment. We treat patients who have co-occurring addictions in our addiction treatment center. In addition to medication, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and group therapy, we also offer experiential therapies, such as yoga, music therapy, and art therapy. Adults age 18 and older who are recovering from addictions can also find support in our Legacy Program, an intensive 12-Step program. Patients can use the time spent in treatment to build healthy habits and coping skills that support lifelong recovery. Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP) guide patients as they learn to manage mental health concerns and co-occurring addictions. Additionally, those who are facing life challenges or coping with the symptoms of mental health disorders can take advantage of individual, couples, or family counseling at our outpatient clinic in Killeen, Texas. The atmosphere of care is an important factor to consider when choosing a mental health treatment center.
