As a certified Emotionally Focused Therapit, and AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy) practitioner I bring 25+ years of professional experience sitting with my clients pain and transformation. I am profoundly honoured to do this work, and bring a depth of compassion to the space we create together from my own experience moving through grief, loss and infertility.
I love to work with individuals, and couples. I feel very inspired by the courage of my clients, and feel an additional sense of joy when I see parents whose children benefit from their work.
Having experienced infertility, I find deep meaning from working with individuals and couples who have experienced pregnancy loss and infertility.
I'm in the business of attachment - whether it's repairing childhood trauma; securing a couple's attachment bond; helping kids benefit from their parents work; or helping individuals or couples process the loss of a baby, or process how to have one when the traditional way isn't working; this work is deeply meaningful to do together.
