Christina is passionate about supporting couples and families as they navigate life’s challenges—whether they’re rebuilding trust, managing parenting stress, adjusting to a new diagnosis, or co-parenting after separation. She offers a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported.

In addition to her work with families, Christina has a special interest in supporting children under 12 through play therapy and is currently completing certification with the Canadian Play Therapy Association. She works closely with neurodivergent children and adults, as well as individuals with developmental disabilities, approaching each person’s experience with empathy, respect, and affirmation.

Christina also provides behaviour consultation services, supporting families and caregivers to understand better their child or the person they are supporting. Christina works from a non-ableist Positive Behaviour Support platform that preserves the dignity of her clients.

Clients often describe Christina as warm, grounding, and easy to connect with. She believes that conflict and stress often reflect a misalignment with core values, and by exploring these patterns with curiosity, individuals and families can build stronger, more compassionate relationships.
Her approach is person-centred and emotion-focused, drawing on somatic practices, polyvagal theory, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Her play therapy training includes AutPlay Therapy, Trauma & Children, Polyvagal in the Playroom, Innovative Interventions for Young Children, and Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist Intensive Training. She is currently completing Level 1 Certification in Synergetic Play Therapy.
