We all develop patterns to protect ourselves in relationships.
Those patterns make sense — they were intelligent adaptations.
But over time, they can keep us stuck.
In our work, we slow things down, get curious about those patterns, understand the attachment needs underneath them, and create space to feel what hasn’t been safe to feel.
When those deeper emotions are met with compassion — internally and relationally — change starts to happen naturally.
I work with people who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them—navigating burnout, anxiety, self-doubt, or constant overwhelm; those who often prioritize others' needs and are learning to set boundaries with more ease and self-trust; queer and questioning adults exploring identity, belonging, and authentic self-expression; anyone seeking trauma-informed, relational therapy.
