I’m a licensed clinical social worker with a long history in healthcare. If you're dealing with anxiety about your health, adjusting to a diagnosis, recovering from medical trauma, or working in a high-pressure medical setting, I offer a steady, supportive space where you don’t have to carry it all alone.

How I work
I help people respond to life’s challenges with more openness and flexibility. That means learning to stay grounded, face what’s difficult, and move in the direction of what matters to you. I use practical tools, relatable language, and honest conversation to help you feel more capable and connected.

What I focus on
When health is uncertain—your own or someone else's—everything can feel like a threat. You may be on edge, stuck in survival mode, or unable to rest, even when you're told everything looks normal. Maybe you're in healthcare and used to pushing through, even when you’re running on empty. These reactions aren’t failures, they’re signs that your nervous system is working overtime to protect you. That deserves care, not shame.

How I connect
I show up with warmth, honesty, and respect. I believe therapy works best when you can be yourself, without pressure or pretense. Building real trust takes time, but it starts with being met where you are.

What to expect in our first session
We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, and I’ll get a sense of your background but I also want you to leave that first session with something useful. Whether it’s a shift in perspective or a small step forward, we won’t wait to begin.

What I hope for you
When you know what matters most, it’s easier to find your way forward. Goals rooted in your values can guide you back to yourself, even in the middle of uncertainty or change.

About me
Before I became a therapist, I worked in another field entirely. Going back to school was a big shift, but it came from a desire to do work that felt more connected and meaningful. Since then, I’ve worked in a fast-paced emergency room, where I sat with people in crisis and supported those who care for them. What stayed with me is this: healing starts with being understood. Now in private practice, I create a space where that kind of understanding is always at the center.
