I have personally experienced the benefits, healing, and insight that can occur during talk therapy.

I have also experienced some less than positive therapy experiences.

During therapy, I want my clients to feel comfortable and safe sharing their experiences, situations, and emotions.

I listen and give my undivided attention to each client.

Therapeutic rapport is an important element in therapy. I want my clients to feel heard and understood.

I am Texas born and raised. I am 65 years young and I have decades of wisdom and life experiences to share with my clients.

I have 23 years experience as a psychotherapist in private practice, in nursing homes and assisted living facilities, and online virtual therapy.

Prior to this I was a middle school teacher, and elementary school counselor for 20 years.
My experience includes special needs, and gifted and talented students.

My client centered approach & pace is customized to individual needs.
I offer unconditional positive regard to my clients with a holistic approach of wellness in body and mind.
Therapeutic dialogue, or talk therapy is a positive approach to processing thoughts & emotions.
