Are you struggling under the surface, even when you look "fine" on the outside?
You might be the one others count on. The helper. The achiever. The strong one. But under the surface, you're tired. Stuck in all-or-nothing cycles—either giving 110% or shutting down completely.

You may be wrestling with:
  • Anxiety, perfectionism, or burnout
  • Compassion fatigue or blurry boundaries (especially if you're a therapist or caregiver)
  • Food and body image struggles, like bingeing, over-controlling, and shame
  • Emotional exhaustion and a loss of connection with yourself or your faith
You've tried to push through—but it's not working anymore. You don't have to keep surviving alone.

Therapy With Me Can Help You Find Relief And Restoration

Therapy with me is an active, reflective space for people who are ready to look inward and make meaningful change. If you're motivated to grow—and just need the right kind of support—I offer tools, insight, and space to help you get there. Many of my clients experience:
  • Relief from anxiety, burnout, and emotional overwhelm
  • Greater self-compassion and reduced inner criticism
  • Clarity around boundaries, decisions, and relationships
  • A more peaceful relationship with food and body image
  • Healing from shame, trauma, or spiritual disconnection
  • Restoration of faith, purpose, and identity
  • Lasting change rooted in grace—not performance

 My Approach to Therapy

I bring over 15 years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and more than 25 years as a Registered Dietitian (RD). This dual background allows me to support both the emotional and physical aspects of healing—especially around anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, body image, and emotional burnout.

I integrate:
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) - to help you understand and care for your inner parts
  • Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) - to gently process trauma, stress, and stuck experiences
  • Somatic tools - to regulate your nervous system and reconnect with your body
  • Faith-based therapy - For clients who desire it, I offer a deeply Christian approach that includes prayer, scripture, and Spirit-led reflection. We'll explore how your faith can become a source of comfort, clarity, and renewal—especially if past religious experiences have caused confusion or pain.
Whether you're a therapist navigating compassion fatigue, a high-functioning achiever stuck in perfectionism, or someone seeking freedom from food and body shame—you're welcome here.

What Clients Say It Feels Like
  • Grounding, non-judgmental, and emotionally safe
  • Compassionate and spiritually sensitive
  • A space where they can finally breathe, slow down, and feel seen
  • A break from pressure and a return to presence

This Is a Space Where You Can Stop Striving and Start Receiving
To rest.
To reset.
To reconnect with your inner wisdom and God's grace.

Your worth isn't something you have to hustle for—it's something you already carry.

If you're ready—or even just curious—I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
If you're committed to doing the work, I'll meet you with compassion, clarity, and a steady hand. Together, we'll move toward the kind of healing that lasts. You don't have to take the journey alone. There is healing, hope, and wholeness available—and you were never meant to carry this all by yourself.
