My approach is the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy. This is a scientifically supported, semi-structured comprehensive approach that will take into account all aspects of your relationship. Whether you're dealing with infidelity, constant fighting, communication breakdowns, or emotional disconnection, I can help you break destructive patterns and rebuild trust and intimacy. My 90-minute couples sessions provide the time and space for real transformation.
Individual Therapy
I work with adults and teens struggling with ADHD, anxiety disorders (social anxiety, worry, panic), anger management, addictions, and sports performance challenges. Using CBT, mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I provide practical tools while prioritizing our therapeutic relationship—where real change happens.
Assessment Services
As an RCSW with a background in psychology, I provide legally-sanctioned diagnosis for ADHD, anxiety, and substance use disorders. If you are looking for answers, I can help find them.
Insurance & Sessions
My services are covered by most insurance including First Nations Health Authority, Blue Cross, Sun Life, and ICBC, among others. In many cases, I offer direct billing. Available in-person (1863 Oak Bay Avenue, Victoria), by phone, or by video telehealth anywhere in BC.
