Are you trying to decide whether your relationship can recover or whether too much damage has been done? Do you feel stuck in the same painful conversations, carrying hurt, anger, betrayal, or distance that doesn’t go away?
I work with individuals and couples who want more than a place to talk. They want clarity, direction, and a way forward.
If there has been an affair or betrayal, we address it directly and carefully -- what actually happened, what it means for you now, whether trust can be rebuilt, and what healing would actually require. If you and your partner keep having the same arguments, we identify the cycle, slow it down, and create a structure that makes repair and reconnection possible.
For individuals, I help with problems that often affect both personal wellbeing and relationships: anxiety, ADHD, anger, substance use, and repeated patterns that are hard to change alone. We figure out what's actually going on, what's stuck, and build a practical plan for change.
My couples work uses the Gottman Method, and I also offer something many couples therapists do not: where needed, I can integrate individual assessment and diagnosis into the overall treatment picture. This can be especially helpful when ADHD, anxiety, substance use, or other underlying issues are contributing to conflict.
I also welcome clients from Indigenous and First Nations communities and aim to offer support that is respectful, grounded, and practical.
My style is kind, direct, competent, and collaborative. I come prepared for each session, stay focused on what matters most, and help you leave with a clearer sense of what to do next.
Sessions are available online across British Columbia and in person in Victoria.
Direct billing through Greensheild, Telus-Eclaims, Sunlife, First Nations Health Authority, Blue Cross, and ICBC possible. I respond within 24 hours. Ready to start? Call for a 20-minute consultation or book directly through my website:
