Are you struggling with depression, anxiety or anger? Is your relationship in trouble? Struggling with a midlife career crisis, or old, buried trauma? It doesn't have to be this way. Trauma comes from the Greek word for “wound,” and like curing any wound, appropriate healing actions need to be taken. A surgeon doesn’t treat a head injury the same way as a broken arm. I use an integrative counselling approach, a varied toolkit built up over 30 years counselling experience to access the root of the problem.

Going for counselling does NOT mean you are bad, sick or crazy. It means you are searching for a new path in life.
