I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Sex Therapist, specializing in helping individuals and couples create more meaningful, connected, and fulfilling lives.
My work is designed for those who are ready to move beyond simply coping—and toward a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships, and what truly brings a sense of vitality and purpose.
A Deeper Approach to Change
Clients often come to me feeling stuck—whether in patterns of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or in relationships that no longer feel satisfying. Others seek therapy as a space for intentional growth, greater self-awareness, and a more aligned way of living.
At the core of my work is a simple idea:
as self-awareness deepens, so does your ability to make clear, empowered choices that lead to lasting change.
An Integrative, Mind–Body Perspective
My approach is experiential, integrative, and grounded in both clinical training and embodied awareness.
I hold a Master’s degree in Somatic Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and have advanced training through the Hakomi Institute. Our work goes beyond traditional talk therapy, incorporating attention to the body, emotions, and present-moment experience.
This allows for a more nuanced and effective process—one that addresses not only how you think, but how you live and experience your life.
Working with Couples
In working with couples, I help partners move out of entrenched cycles of conflict, disconnection, or emotional distance and into more intentional, responsive, and intimate ways of relating.
Our work may focus on:
- strengthening communication
- navigating differences with clarity
- rebuilding trust
- deepening emotional and sexual intimacy
I work with a diverse range of relationships, including LGBTQ+, polyamorous, and cross-cultural partnerships, always with an emphasis on depth, respect, and authenticity.
Sex Therapy
As a Certified Sex Therapist, I offer a sophisticated, nonjudgmental space to explore sexuality and intimacy.
Whether addressing desire discrepancies, performance concerns, compulsive behaviors, or questions of identity and expression, my work supports the development of a more integrated, authentic, and satisfying sexual life.
What It’s Like to Work With Me
Clients often describe my presence as calm, attuned, and deeply engaged.
I bring a balance of warmth and precision—offering thoughtful insight, practical tools, and, when useful, direct and honest feedback. My role is not only to support you, but to help you see more clearly, engage more fully, and move forward with intention.
An Investment in Your Life
Therapy, at its best, is an investment in how you experience your life and relationships.
I offer a space where that investment can translate into meaningful, lasting change—toward greater clarity, connection, and fulfillment.
