My clients are important to me.

Something that gets lost in healthcare nowadays is the meaning of the word "care". Oftentimes agencies and offices reduce their clients to a number, and it leaves them feeling like they don't matter. I get to know each and every one of my clients in a deep and meaningful way, which is why I am in private practice. I geniunely love my work; helping others is what I was built for, and I believe that shows in my clients' experiences.

For the past several years I have worked with individuals, couples, and families on many different issues. These have included:

- anxiety
- Bipolar illness
- work-related stress
- infidelity
- poor communication
- teen behavioral issues
- LGBTQ-related issues
- and many others.

My office is a safe space where you can find yourself again; you can explore issues you're contending with, repair your relationship with your spouse or other loved one, or just come and vent about your life (so your friends don't have to hear it!). Therapy can be many things to many different people, and I provide that time and space to make it what you need it to be.

I am not originally from Arkansas, and I use this to my an advantage in sessions. Oftentimes when we are surrounded by our families and our peers we end up getting the same advice we've heard all our lives, or end up hearing what we want to hear - and that keeps us stuck.
