Compassionate, practical therapy for adults navigating stress, relationships, developmental trauma, and life transitions.

Hi, I’m Jason. I help adults move from stuck and overwhelmed to clear, capable, and connected. Clients come to me with anxiety, ADHD, low mood, burnout, and relationship patterns that don’t seem to change—despite lots of insight. My style is warm, straightforward, and action-oriented. You’ll feel listened to, we’ll get specific about what’s not working, and we’ll build a plan you can actually use between sessions.

What working with me feels like
  • Calm, non-judgmental space. You can bring the hard stuff—grief, shame spirals, anger, or indecision—and expect clarity instead of criticism.
  • Clear goals and skills you can practice. We’ll translate insights into simple tools (structured routines for ADHD, nervous-system downshifts for anxiety, communication steps for boundaries).
  • Measurable progress. You’ll know what we’re doing and why. We’ll track what changes week to week so you can see and feel momentum.

Approaches I use (and why)

  • CBT & ACT: build realistic thinking and values-based action so life expands again, not shrinks around fear.
  • Attachment-informed & relational therapy: make sense of repeating patterns in closeness, conflict, and avoidance, then practice new ways to connect.
  • Mindfulness & nervous-system skills: reduce reactivity, improve sleep and focus, and create more choice in the moment.
  • Executive-function coaching for ADHD: practical structure, time-management, and accountability that fit your brain—not someone else’s.

Who I work best with
  • Adults with anxiety, depression, addiction and ADHD who want strategies that actually stick.
  • Professionals & students juggling high expectations, procrastination, and burnout.
  • Men navigating relationships—dating, commitment fears, communication breakdowns, or “I’m fine” until it isn’t.
  • Individuals healing from chronic stress or family-of-origin baggage who want both insight and tools.
What you can expect to gain
  • Less anxiety and second-guessing; more steady focus and confidence.
  • Practical routines that survive real-life curveballs.
  • Clearer boundaries—and language that keeps connection instead of chaos.
  • A more secure relationship with yourself, so decisions get simpler.

How we’ll work together

First, we map your goals and the few levers that will make the biggest difference. Then we experiment—one change at a time—so you can feel wins quickly. Between sessions you’ll get brief practices (2–10 minutes) that build momentum without adding pressure. I’ll be direct when it helps, collaborative always, and we’ll adjust the plan as your life evolves.

About Well Counseling Group
At Well Counseling Group (getwellcounseling.com), “Well” means both a place you draw from and a way of being. Our care is evidence-based, human, and practical. We offer individual therapy and specialized groups (including a men’s relationship-growth track) so you can choose the support that fits.

Insurance & logistics
I offer online sessions with flexible daytime and early evening availability. Private-pay and select insurance options are available; contact us to confirm current panels and rates. If you’re not sure whether therapy is the right step, reach out and we’ll discuss what would actually help.

Next step: If you’re ready for steady progress—not perfection—let’s talk. Share what’s going on, and we’ll make a clear plan together. You don’t have to do this alone.
