I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, and AASECT certified sex therapist, with over 14 years of professional experience helping individuals, families, and various relationship structures work through their issues. I have specialized training in the treatment of problematic sexual behavior(s) and other sexuality issues, such as erectile dysfunction, desire differences, sexual self-esteem, LGBTQIA2S+, kink, and traditional and non-traditional relationships. Through the use of evidence-based techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, sex positivity, and Solution-Focused therapy, we work together to help you overcome the problems you're struggling with and build a healthier relationship with sex, others, and yourself.
