I am a psychotherapist with over twenty years of experience working with individuals and couples. People often come to me when life feels stuck, confusing, or overwhelming—when old patterns return, emotions feel difficult to manage, or relationships are strained. My work focuses on helping clients understand what is shaping their experience beneath the surface, so that clarity and more conscious ways of relating can take shape.

I work from a depth-oriented and relational approach. This means I pay close attention to underlying patterns, emotional dynamics, and the inner movements that shape thoughts, feelings, and behaviour. Together, we explore what is contributing to present symptoms—whether anxiety, depression, grief, stress, anger, relational challenges, or a sense of being overwhelmed or off-course.

Over the years, I have supported clients through many forms of difficulty, including life transitions, identity shifts, communication challenges, emotional disconnection, and long-standing relational patterns. My approach is not about quick fixes or surface-level techniques; it is about creating a steady space where insight, understanding, and new ways of relating can emerge.

In sessions, we work with what is actually happening in the moment — thoughts that loop, emotions that surge or shut down, and relational patterns that tend to repeat despite effort. Rather than rushing to solutions, we take time to understand how these experiences developed and what they may be responding to. This kind of careful attention often helps people feel less overwhelmed by their reactions and more able to respond with intention and choice.

I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, with advanced post-graduate training in depth psychotherapy, and advanced accreditations for working with individuals and couples.

Clients often describe me as grounded, attuned, and easy to talk to. I aim to offer a space where people can slow down, make sense of what is happening internally, and move toward greater emotional stability, clarity, and connection.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and a Registered Psychotherapist, and I maintain ongoing professional development to ensure that my work remains ethically grounded and clinically informed.
Therapy is a collaborative process. It is a privilege to sit with people as they navigate change, explore what has long been avoided, and move toward a more integrated and meaningful life.

This work is not always easy, but it is deliberate and respectful. I aim to create a space where complexity can be held without urgency, and where meaningful change grows through understanding rather than force.

People who work well with me are often thoughtful, reflective, and willing to slow the process down rather than rush toward answers. Therapy here is not about being fixed, but about developing a clearer, more workable relationship with yourself and with others.
