I believe relationships are central to our well-being and that therapy can be a powerful space for growth and healing. At JCF Violet Flame, I help couples and families do more than manage conflict—I help them build stronger, healthier, and more emotionally connected relationships. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with partners and families to strengthen communication, restore trust, and navigate challenges in ways that create lasting relational change within a warm and supportive environment.

My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, relational framework, recognizing that healing does not happen in isolation. Couples and family therapy provides a critical space to address how trauma, stress, and nervous system responses show up within relationships. Through this work, clients learn how to increase emotional safety, regulate reactivity, repair ruptures, and practice healthier patterns of connection in real time—skills that are essential for long-term trauma recovery.

At JCF Violet Flame Enlightenment and Healing Center, clients may also receive individual trauma-focused therapy using evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, DBT, mindfulness-based interventions, and somatic techniques. Many clients engage in couples or family therapy while also participating in individual trauma work, allowing insights gained through EMDR and other modalities to be supported, reinforced, and integrated within their closest relationships.

Together, this collaborative and multi-modal approach ensures that healing extends beyond individual sessions and into daily life—strengthening relationships, increasing resilience, and supporting meaningful, lasting change.

Whether navigating communication breakdowns, life transitions, chronic conflict, or relational patterns shaped by trauma, my role is to help couples and families create relationships that actively support healing, stability, and emotional well-being.

My therapeutic work integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients strengthen emotional bonds and attachment, Systemic Therapy to explore relational patterns and family dynamics, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to distress. This integrative approach allows me to tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs, goals, and relational context.

I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space that fosters understanding, connection, and lasting change. I believe therapy is a meaningful process of growth, healing, and self-discovery, and I am committed to walking alongside clients as they work toward stronger, more fulfilling connections and emotional well-being. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment where all voices feel heard and respected. I work with clients navigating concerns such as communication difficulties, conflict, life transitions, emotional disconnection, stress, and relationship challenges. My goal is to help clients develop insight, emotional awareness, and practical tools that support lasting change both within themselves and in their relationships. I believe therapy is a meaningful process of growth, healing, and self-discovery, and I am committed to walking alongside clients as they work toward stronger, more fulfilling connections and emotional well-being.
