I am a licensed therapist in Oklahoma City, serving the metro and the surrounding areas, and while I’m a native Texan, Oklahoma has been home for more than 25 years. I have worked in the mental health field since 2007, gaining experience across direct care, leadership, training, and support roles. These varied experiences have shaped a grounded, compassionate approach to therapy that values both professionalism and genuine human connection. Outside of my work, I enjoy going to the movies, playing pinball and video games, watching far too much soccer and basketball, and spending time with my cat, Cecily. When I get the chance to recharge, I’m usually visiting family or exploring the national parks of the western United States.

I earned my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Oklahoma Baptist University and have worked in a wide range of clinical settings throughout Oklahoma City. My early clinical experience began in an inpatient setting working with children and adolescents ages 6–18. I later transitioned into community-based work with a foster care nonprofit, supporting parents and children of all ages through complex family and life transitions. As I continued my training as a therapist, I worked in outpatient settings providing therapy for individuals, couples, children, and families, as well as a partial hospitalization (day treatment) program with children ages 5–14 and their families.

Since opening my own practice in 2021, I've seen couples, individuals, and families from all different backgrounds. My primary work has been addressing trust and communication in couples; working through anxiety, depression, grief, job loss, trauma, identity shifts, and generational patterns with individuals; and intergenerational relationship conflict with families.

Across all settings, my work has been grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy and a belief that meaningful change happens when people feel safe, understood, and respected. As a mental health counselor in Oklahoma City, I strive to create a supportive space where clients can better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and move toward lasting growth.
