With an eclectic approach that tailors therapy to meet the needs of each individual, we will work together to uncover the best you.

Stepping into my office, you'll be greeted with soothing colours and an offer of coffee (I do love coffee). We will chat and get to know each other in the first session and really dig into what you hope to get out of therapy.

A good fit is critical to the therapeutic relationship and over that first cup of joe, we'll figure out how best to proceed - collaboration in therapy is a great way to ensure you have the tools you need to be successful outside the counselling session.
