Life is a journey, and it is my belief that we are continually striving to grow and change in order to reach our goals. Most of the time we are able adapt to what life throws at us and move towards our intended direction, but sometimes we get stuck. Well developed patterns of thinking, feeling and interacting are no longer effective in navigating personal, professional and relational challenges. Typically, we are mostly unaware of these patterns, so we continually engage in them expecting different results. However, we typically get the same. It is at this time we may begin to feel frustrated, anxious, depressed or unhappy. If you are seeking out additional help in navigating these experiences, psychotherapy is a great place to start.

Areas of Focus

I provide psychotherapy to individuals 16+ who are looking to work on:
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Interpersonal Issues
  • Self-esteem
  • Trauma
  • Emotional Regulation
  • Stress Management
  • Procrastination

 Approach/Technique
Engaging in a therapeutic in a safe, non-judgemental space can provide individuals with an opportunity to connect with their genuine self, making it easier to connect with others. Therefore, it is my goal to provide this type of environment and relationship to facilitate your growth and change.   Since each individual is unique, I customize the approach to meet each client's individual style and needs. I primarily work from a person-centred Rogerian approach, but draw from other approaches such as:
  • Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Psychodynamic
  • Interpersonal Neurobiology
  • Single-session Therapy
I am trained in and use the following techniques:
  • Mindfulness
  • Image Transformation Therapy (ImTT)
  • Body-centered
  • Experiential
  • Motivational Interviewing

Education/Qualifications

About me I have a passion for comedy and am a member of an Improv comedy troupe in London. Outside of work you're likely to see me on a golf course, in a swimming pool, listening to music and spending time with my lovely wife, daughter and pooch.
